Schedule property showings from client pages, track their status, collect client ratings and written feedback, and view everything on a unified calendar alongside your events and follow-ups.
In GreenDoor, you schedule showings from the Showings tab on a client's detail page. The client is already selected, so you just pick the property address, date, time, and add any notes for yourself or the listing agent.
This is intentional. Showings are a client activity, not a standalone calendar event. By keeping them tied to the client, every showing automatically appears in the client's history, contributes to their activity timeline, and stays organized with their other interactions.
Need to schedule from the calendar instead? You can do that too — just click a time slot on the calendar, select a client, and fill in the property details. Either way, the showing is linked to the client.
Every showing in GreenDoor has a status that updates as it progresses through the workflow. At a glance, you know exactly where each showing stands.
Status updates are logged in the client's activity feed, so you always have a record of when a showing was scheduled, completed, or cancelled and by whom.
After a showing is marked as completed, GreenDoor prompts you to capture the client's feedback. This includes a 1-5 star rating and a written feedback field where you can record exactly what the client said.
"Loved the kitchen but thought the backyard was too small. Wants to see something with more outdoor space." That kind of specific feedback is invaluable for refining your search and preparing for the next round of showings.
Feedback is stored with the showing record and visible on the client's Showings tab, so you can review all past feedback before scheduling new properties. Over time, you build a detailed picture of exactly what each client wants.
When a showing is completed, GreenDoor can automatically create a follow-up reminder so you don't forget to check in with the client. The follow-up is pre-set for the next business day with a note linking back to the showing details.
You can customize the follow-up timing and message, or dismiss it if you've already had the conversation. The point is that no showing falls through the cracks — every property visit gets a follow-up, every client gets a check-in, and you stay on top of your pipeline without maintaining a separate to-do list.
Follow-up reminders appear on your calendar and on the client's detail page, so you'll see them no matter where you're working in GreenDoor.
GreenDoor's month view shows your entire schedule at a glance. Showings, events, and follow-ups are displayed on their respective dates with color-coded indicators so you can tell them apart instantly.
Click any day to see the full list of items scheduled for that date. Click a showing to jump directly to the client's page and see the full details. The month view is where you plan your week, spot gaps in your schedule, and make sure you're not double-booking yourself.
The week view shows a detailed timeline of each day, with showings, events, and follow-ups positioned by time. This is the view you use on busy days when you need to see exactly what's happening hour by hour.
Showings display the property address, client name, and status. Events show the title and location. Follow-ups show the client name and the due item. Everything you need to navigate a packed schedule is visible without clicking into individual records.
Most agents juggle three or four different calendars: one for showings, one for personal events, one for follow-ups, and maybe a shared office calendar. GreenDoor combines showings, general events, and follow-up reminders into a single unified calendar.
Each type is color-coded so they're easy to distinguish. Showings appear in blue, events in purple, and follow-ups in amber. You can filter the calendar by type if you only want to see showings, or view everything together for a complete picture of your day.
The calendar also integrates with GreenDoor's AI assistant. Ask the AI "what do I have this Thursday?" and it pulls your schedule from the calendar and gives you a quick briefing. Or say "schedule a showing with Sarah at 455 Oak St on Friday at 2pm" and it creates the showing and adds it to the calendar in one step.
