This Privacy Policy explains what information GreenDoor CRM ("GreenDoor," "the Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. GreenDoor is operated by Stoek Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using GreenDoor you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
When an authorized administrator creates an account for you, we collect your name, work email address, company / brokerage name (if provided), and role. We also generate an internal user ID and store the time of your last login.
As a realtor using GreenDoor, you upload data about your clients, listings, showings, and transactions. This may include client names, contact information, financial pre-approval status, property preferences, documents (contracts, disclosures, photos), and notes you write. This data is your business record. You retain ownership of it.
We collect basic technical information needed to operate the Service: IP addresses for authentication and security, browser/device user-agent strings, timestamps of actions you take in the app, and error reports. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics scripts.
GreenDoor uses cookies and browser local storage strictly for authentication (keeping you signed in), preferences (e.g., onboarding state, install-prompt dismissal), and PWA installability. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your client data to train AI models, run advertising, or share with marketers.
To deliver the Service, we share information with a small set of vetted subprocessors. Each receives only the data needed for their function:

We will update this list as our subprocessors change. None of these vendors are authorized to sell your data or use it for advertising.
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards: TLS in transit, encrypted Firestore + Cloud Storage at rest, scoped per-realtor access controls enforced server-side, daily rate limits on AI usage, audit logging of admin actions, and least-privilege function execution. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and reporting suspected compromise to us promptly.
Your client data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a client through the app, we cascade-delete the associated activities, files, listings matches, showings, and stored documents. When an account is offboarded by an administrator, we delete that user's authentication record and may retain or transfer the associated business data per the administrator's instructions.
You may request a full data export or deletion at any time by emailing support@stoekmedia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@stoekmedia.com from the address associated with your account.
GreenDoor is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals. The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
