By accessing or using GreenDoor ("the Service"), a product of Stoek Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
GreenDoor is a customer relationship management platform designed for licensed real estate professionals. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to real estate licensing requirements and fair housing laws.

Your account is created by an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
You retain ownership of all client data, documents, and content you upload to GreenDoor. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending emails on your behalf, processing e-signatures).
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of client data within the Service complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is the property of Stoek Media LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoek Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us at the email below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
