Go to the Clients page and click "+ Add Client". Fill in their name, contact info, and any known preferences. You can also add clients by speaking to the AI assistant on any client detail page.
Click the sparkle button in the bottom-right corner of any client detail page. You can type or speak naturally — ask it to summarize a client, draft emails, schedule showings, set follow-ups, or suggest next steps. The AI has full context on the client you're viewing.
On a client's detail page, go to the Properties tab. Click "+ Match a Listing" to search existing listings, or "+ Add Listing" to create a new one. You can paste a URL from Zillow or Realtor.com to auto-import property details. Matched listings show a compatibility score based on the client's preferences.
On a client's Files tab, click "Send for Signature". Add documents (upload new ones or select from existing files and templates), add signers with their email addresses, and click "Place Fields & Send". You'll be able to drag signature fields onto the document before sending.
Go to Settings and scroll to Document Templates. Upload commonly used documents (purchase agreements, disclosures, etc.) and assign a category. These templates will then be available in the signature flow for any client.
On a client's detail page, go to the Showings tab and click "+ Add Showing". If the client has matched listings, you can select one to auto-fill the address and price. You can also schedule showings by telling the AI assistant, e.g. "I have a showing with this client Thursday at 2pm at 123 Main St."
On a client's Activity tab, click "Send Email". You can write from scratch or use a saved email template. Emails are sent from GreenDoor with your email as the Reply-To, so replies come directly to you.
Yes. On any client's Properties tab, select one or more listings using the checkboxes, then click "Copy to Client" in the action bar. Search for the destination client and the listings will be matched to them with a recalculated compatibility score.
